WHAT KIND OF PSYCHIC IS LUCRETIA?
Lucretia is Medium who primarily connects with loved ones who have passed. To deliver messages she uses a combination of clairaudience (ability to hear), clairvoyance (ability to see), clairsentience (ability to feel) and automatic writing to deliver messages of love, healing and reassurance. Lucretia describes Automatic writing as taking dictation form your loved ones. Sometimes symbols, sentences or a combination of both. Although not necessary, you are also welcome to bring jewelry or metal that your loved one has worn as she often read objects (psychometry), as well. 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A READING?
Many people are excited and nervous before their reading. Have no worries, you will be completely at ease with Lucretia’s relaxed, positive and welcoming approach. You will be in a comfortable and professional environment, free to ask any questions you have. You are welcome to record your session or take notes. Often information presented may not be apparent at the time of reading, but may become evident later on. Having something to refer back can be helpful. Lucretia will rarely remember the details of your reading soon after it is over, so you won’t be able to ask her at a later date. During your reading, you will find that Lucretia presents messages with compassion, understanding and very often humor. Lucretia does not give advice on your life or future.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ZOOM READINGS?

These are a great option for a reading! Typically Zoom readings have sooner availability with more options for time of day, as well as some weekends. For Zoom readings there is no difference on Lucretia's end on the information she receives or the reading she can provide, whether it is in person or via Zoom. Any client who has experienced both reading types, in person and via Zoom, have all expressed that there was no difference in the reading for them. They were all equally satisfied with both reading types.  When having a Zoom reading be sure to be in a private location with no other people in the room and no interruptions as this may alter your reading. 

​​ARE THERE TIPS FOR TO HAVE A GOOD READING? 
Although no preparation is needed, it is always good to think about he person(s) you hope to connect with, try to be relaxed and open to the experience.  You might consider thinking of questions in advance.  It is best not to have a preconceived idea of what your loved ones will say, wait for a specific message or expect all questions to be answered.  Your loved ones will talk about what “they” feel is important for you to hear. This is not always the same as what you think is important or what you wanted them to talk about.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE WHO WILL COME THROUGH?
There is no way to guarantee that a particular person will come through.  Sometimes an unexpected person will come through, it could be an old friend, a relative you have not met, or even your spouse’s relative. Don’t be concerned if the person you wanted to come through doesn’t.  It is never because something is wrong or they are mad.  Rest assured your loved ones are all okay. Those that come through have something to say that they want you to hear. In the unlikely case that no one at all comes through and if no messages are given during your reading, your money will be refunded.

​WHAT TYPES OF READINGS ARE OFFERED?
Lucretia offers several reading types. Individual readings, Family Groups for immediate family members, Small Groups/Parties. All readings can be done in person or via Zoom.  See the SERVICES page for more information on reading types. ​Because the readings given are often very personal, Lucretia does not provide gallery readings, ie: everyone in the room read at one time.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR READINGS?
Lucretia offers two office locations on Long Island, NY one in Uniondale and one in Melville. She also travels for Group Readings & Parties.  Contact Lucretia for details about having Lucretia come to your location.​

​HOW LONG AFTER A LOVED ONE HAS PASSED SHOULD I GET A READING?
Although there is no set rule, in most cases, Lucretia recommends waiting three months. The reason for this is for you be in a healthier place.  It gives you time to work on the grieving process and be more emotionally ready for the reading.

I AM WORRIED I MIGHT HEAR SOMETHING NEGATIVE OR THAT MY LOVED ONE IS NOT HAPPY WITH ME. 
No need for concern. Those that come through bring messages of love, forgiveness and peace.  Lucretia does not deal in negative messages or with negative energy. Her goal is to provide you with a positive, comfortable and uplifting experience.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES? 
Yes.  Gift certificates are available for all services.  Before giving a gift certificate, please make sure that the recipient is open to receiving a reading.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO RECEIVE A READING?
Lucretia will only provide readings for ages 18 and over.  Only in very unusual circumstances will a reading be given to an individual under the age of 18.  In these cases, they must be at least 16 with parents’ permission. 

WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY?
Lucretia maintains the highest degree of privacy and confidentiality with all readings.  It is up to the individual to decide if they want to share their reading with others. Although, most clients can’t wait to share the details of their readings with friends and family.  When scheduling an appointment, you will only need to provide your name and contact information.  This information is only needed for appointment confirmation purposes.
